Nashla Bogaert out of the new season of Mariposas de Acero
The talented Dominican actress confirmed she will not portray Minerva Mirabal due to a clash in theater commitments.
My people from Serie 56, we bring you some sad news from our beautiful Dominican Republic that is sure to touch the hearts of all lovers of good theater, especially followers of our great culture and our most beloved artists. The standout actress and media personality Nashla Bogaert announced with great sorrow that she will not be able to take the stage as Minerva Mirabal in the eagerly awaited new season of the acclaimed theatrical play "Mariposas de Acero", directed by Waddy Jáquez. As the artist herself explained, her absence is due to the fact that rehearsals for this production directly clashed with the commitments of another theatrical play to which she had already previously committed and where she has already performed in front of the audience. Despite this regrettable loss for the original cast, the play is scheduled to be presented this coming October 15 on the majestic stage of the National Theater, still counting on the participation of great acting figures like Hony Estrella.
