Constructora De Jesús Gómez launched its ambitious Residencial De Jesús Paradise project with Collection Village villas in San Francisco de Macorís.

Recently, this past October 6th, Romero restaurant was the chosen setting for a launch that will give everyone in our town something to talk about. Mr. Aneudy de Jesús Gómez proudly presented Residencial De Jesús Paradise, describing it as the most ambitious project in the entire history of Constructora De Jesús Gómez. During the event, he emphasized that this work is born from confidence in the development of our region and in our ability to receive high-level residential proposals. This great initiative includes a proposal called Collection Village, specially designed for family life. The design seeks to merge modern architecture, tranquility, and comfort, offering your loved ones the amenities of a vacation environment without leaving our city. Among the amenities this residential complex will bring are green areas with an ecological design, a modern clubhouse with a swimming pool, gym, sports courts, and a surveillance system for everyone's peace of mind. In addition, it was announced that the construction of Collection Village and the start of home building on the lots will kick off in January 2027.
