Our beloved land of San Francisco de Macorís is taking a giant step forward in healthcare. 🩺 The National Transplant Council and Incort have just sworn in the new Transplant Committee at the Dr. Ángel María Gatón Calderón University Regional Hospital, with the mission of boosting donation and saving lives throughout the northeast. The important event was led by the Minister of Public Health, Víctor Atallah, along with the director of Incort, José Juan Castillos Almonte, and the director of the hospital center, Óscar Mena. 🤝 The authorities highlighted that this team of 15 professionals will ensure a culture of solidarity, ethics, and respect to support patients waiting for a second chance at life. In addition to the formation of this committee made up of medical and administrative staff, the Ministry of Public Health delivered a transcranial Doppler equipment to improve the hospital's neurological evaluations. 🏥✨ Excellent news that strengthens medical care for our people in the Duarte province!
